Main Responsibilities: • Secure contracts, ensuring that organization obtains maximum amount of projects • Follow the sales pipeline set by the Sales Manager and maximize bid closures • Own the bid process, maintain client liaison, coordinate time frames for internal work, collect all documentation for the bid presentation and conduct final negotiations to effectively close the deal • Liaise with the Design & Bid Team to obtain technical and commercial expertise, coordinating follow-up meetings with the client as necessary and submission of final tender documentation in a timely fashion• Maintain continuous dialogue, interaction and presentation to the potential client at all times • Capable of negotiating effective contract wins and establishing win-win scenarios • On closure and winning of deals, provide an efficient handover to Site Operations including clear guidance of this to the client • Identify potential customers, establish new contracts and increase the client pool • Develop relationships with key decision makers and ensure optimum scope of work • Maintain positive relationships with ongoing clients for potential cross-sale opportunities • Follow developments of market trends, competitors and industry developments as outlined by the sales pipeline • Report accurately on achieved targets, targets to launch, and upcoming proposals, as prescribed by the Sales Manager • Regularly attend internal sales meetings as advised by the Sales Manager |
