المهام والوصف الوظيفي:

- Submit monthly reports and analysis to provide outlets time finalization function.
- prepare the income statement budget on cost and controllable expense
- Prepare the monthly income statement for operations containing controllable income statement accounts.
- Summarize daily sales based on daily sales report.
- Produce a food & Beverage cost summary
- Ensure that the prices entered in program of point of sales are correct and updated when necessary.
- Ensure that menus are costed regularly
-Be responsible for all food and Beverage stock in all outlets
