المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
- As expansion plans are in place, the Sales Manager will be actively developing new accounts for the company as well as managing the existing pool of accounts for various sectors. This involves active lead generation and conversion of the sales leads to revenue. You are expected to propose and implement sales strategies to attract new customers. Sales presentations, sales reports and sales forecasts are part of your key deliverable. You will also be the main point of contact for client relationship management; you will follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Summary of Responsibilities:
•Visit customers daily and create large networking to offer the company services.
•Implement the sales targets, selling standards and corporate promotions campaigns.
•Meet with prospective clients to present equipment service, city logistics service, port logistics services and facility management services.
•Negotiate with prospective clients on prices and offer best deals.
•Manage and lead the sales team.
•Present and prepare sales reports to top management.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
•Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
•Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s service.
•Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
•Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
•Develop sales strategies to improve company’s market.
•Cover all the industrial area to fill up the questionnaire
الشروط والمهارات:
  • University/College degree, Bachelor's degree of Marketing.
  • must be fluent in English and Arabic
  • Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience.
  • 2 years Experience in other job tasks
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent in English ,oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
  • A valid driver’s license
