المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
- Support all users on their technical queries and issues
- Manage Service Desk Operations
- Improve Service Desk Operations
- IT Purchases and IT Asset Management
- Be part of IT Projects
الشروط والمهارات:
  • Must be Saudi
  • - Bachelor’s degree (Fresher Required)
  • - Bilingual with English and Arabic; preferably Saudi female national only
  • - Experience/understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software
  • - Ability to communicate easily and fluidly with team and customers
  • - Strong numerical skill with ability to work with numbers, files, codes, symbols and complex arithmetic using spread sheets
  • - Ability to deal with situations independently within service desk environment.
  • - Prior experience in handling support through ITSM based Service Desk application will be an advantage
