المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
1. devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. Decides the future course of action for his team members.
2. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
3. Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
4. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
5. Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market and sales share.
6. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
7. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
8. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
9. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
10. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
11. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
12. To follow up sales activities with clients & potential client
13. To liaise with the sales team to capture all necessary information for quotes and to manage the dispatch of quotes to agreed timescales
14. Create a marketing and PR plan to be approved by the directors for the company based on a rolling 12 month period based on the approved strategy
15. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
