المهام والوصف الوظيفي:

- Coordinate with overseas office for the air shipments.
- follow up with Airlines.
- follow up with airports.
- communicate with customers to update shipment status (by email/phone)
- coordinate customs clearance

الشروط والمهارات:

- Not Less than 6 months experience in Air Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance Procedures.
- Fluent English Langauge (Speak & Write)
- Acceptable level in MS OFFICE (Outlook & Excel)
- Never Take advantage of Human Resources Development Fund (صندوق تنمية الموارد البشريه)
- communication skills; ability to organise and prioritise.
- ability to cope with stress and pressure.
