المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
Hasb is a venture-backed Saudi start-up building a revolutionary e-payment solution in Saudi Arabia and based in Khobar, Eastern Province.
Position: Business Analyst
Job description: The role proactively supports the Hasb leadership team to ensure efficient and accurate administration of services projects and operations. Responsibilities include:
•        gather and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing, communicating, and executing recommendations
•        conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of business issues
•        research and analyze statistics
•        detect issues and investigating ways to resolve them
•        assess the pros and cons of possible strategies
•        compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing
•        making recommendations for improvement, using computer models to test them and presenting findings to leadership team
•        assist project and program managers to maintain current and accurate project information for financial and overall status tracking
•        maintain project data quality
•        perform services billing and invoicing as appropriate and ensure compliance with billing and revenue recognition guidelines
•        support the administration of human resources including but not limited to new hires, transfers, separations, tuition assistance, HR maintenance and staffing requisitions
•        prepare accruals, project cost deferrals and any needed journal entries
•        drive general administration, revenue, billing, invoicing, and financial process consistency
•        participate in internal and external audit activities (as requested).
•        review customer-facing proposals
•        assist with purchasing of goods and the associated administration
Qualifications:
•        Undergraduate or master’s degree with 0 – 3 years of work experience
•        High level in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•        Outstanding record of academic achievement
•        Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
•        Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
•        Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
•        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
•        Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
•        Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in Arabic and English
