| - Making Payment Vouchers in Exel - Coordinating with Suppliers about Balances and other issues - Follow up with Purchasing regarding new PO and advance payments - Providing Statement of Account to the Suppliers. - Prepare Cheques and Transfers. - Preparing required Journal Voucher related to Expenses and payments - Making Payments Vouchers in Accounting System - Matching and confirm Vendors Balances Monthly - Coordinating with PMO and Logistic about receiving Vendors invoices and Items - Review and post all Jobs cost ( cash Exp & Purchase ) by PMO |
