| - Increased the property value (improve the net operation income NOI). - Leasing (help leasing department in planning, merchandising and reception the tenant and help them) - Business planning for the property (Budgeting, NOI and FFO ). - Marketing, community relations and public relation for the mall. - Supervision and follow-up the new projects inside the mall. - Collection (billing the services provided to tenants, writing and follow-up letters for the financial claims of the tenants). - Crisis management for the mall. - Supervision mall security, maintenance, customer service, landscaping and housekeeping. - Reporting daily, weekly and monthly to senior management. |
