المهام والوصف الوظيفي:

- The Desktop Support technician will provide IT support at a branch location under the direction of the main office staff. This includes prioritizing help desk requests, assisting the branch with problem resolution, and contributing to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users at the desktop level. This person will be the “eyes and ears” on-site. He will monitor the stability of the IT environment and escalate issues to IT management where appropriate.

الشروط والمهارات:

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field or equivalent work experience.
1year experience desktop supporting windows XP, 7 desktop/laptops PCs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on desktop and laptops PCs.
Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Exceptional Arabic & English written and oral communication skills.
Previous experience in POS (Point of sales) trouble shooting and retail business is an advantage.
Willing to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
